İkitek Değirmen Makine İmalat İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("İkitek"), Fevzi Çakmak Mah. Ayyıldız Cad. No: 99 C/1, Karatay, Konya, Türkiye, operates this website (www.ikitekdegirmen.com) and is the data controller for personal data processed through it, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, other applicable data-protection legislation.

What we collect and why

When you send a contact, quotation, technical-information or spare-parts request, we process the name, company, email address, phone number, country and message you provide, together with the time of the request and your IP address, in order to answer you, prepare an offer and prevent abuse of the form. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

Sharing

Your request is sent by email to İkitek's sales team through our email provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that host this website and deliver email, bound by confidentiality, and public authorities when the law requires it.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as required for the purposes above and by applicable law, then deleted.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may:

• learn whether we process your personal data;
• request information about that processing, if it has taken place;
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used accordingly;
• know the domestic or foreign third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and ask that any correction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• request deletion or destruction of your data once the reasons for processing no longer apply, and ask that this be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• object to an outcome that is to your detriment arising solely from the analysis of your data through automated systems; and
• request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
