Every project starts with a flow sheet prepared for the target product mix and capacity. Our engineering team designs the layout to fit the building, the floor plans, the steel structure and the pneumatic lines; the machine list and power requirement are fixed at this stage.

Designs are adapted to existing buildings; for revisions, the survey and flow analysis are done on site.

All HK machines are built in our own facility. Sheet metal work, welding, machining, painting and assembly happen under one roof; critical operations such as roll grinding and fluting are done on our own machines.

Every machine is run and tested before shipment and registered by serial number; that record is the basis of spare-parts supply.

Installation follows a work schedule prepared for the project. Steel structure and silos are erected, machines are placed, pneumatic and electrical lines are run. During commissioning the roller mills, sifters and dampeners are adjusted; extraction and flour quality are measured during first production.

Our installation teams also work on projects abroad; language and customs matters are coordinated by project management.

A serial-number-based spare parts list is kept for every machine; sieve cloths, rolls, belts, bearings and pneumatic parts are shipped from stock or produced at short notice.

Scheduled maintenance contracts cover planned inspection of roller mills, sifters and conveying systems. In case of breakdown our technical team supports remotely and comes on site when needed.

During commissioning, operators are trained in roll adjustment, sieve cloth replacement, conditioning control and use of the automation panel. Training takes place with the customer's own product on the customer's own line.

On request, theoretical and practical training programmes are held at our facility in Konya.

Automation packages scale from a single extraction scale to PLC supervision of the whole line. The control panel handles sequenced machine start-up, motor protection and alarm management; extraction scales weigh wheat, flour and bran flows continuously.

Production data is reported and can be opened to remote access, so capacity and extraction are measurable on every shift.
