Four-Station Carousel Bagging Machine

The carousel bagging machine is built on a rotating carousel that carries the filling spouts, offered with four or six spouts as listed in the model table. While the operator hangs an empty sack on one spout, weighing and filling continue at the others, so filling time no longer depends on operator speed.

The double weighing scale fills first with a coarse and then with a fine stream, which gives high weighing accuracy. Each spout has an aspiration connection so the dust released during filling does not escape into the room.

The machine handles open-mouth sacks, and bags per hour, air requirement and motor ratings are given in the model table.
