Rotoflow Feeder
The rotoflow feeder meters flour evenly into the bagging scale or the pneumatic line and prevents bridging in the bin.

Flour tends to bridge in a bin and interrupt the flow. The rotoflow feeder carries a rotating shaft across the full section under the bin, breaking that bridge and drawing product evenly from the whole cross-section.
Even feeding directly affects the weighing accuracy of the bagging scale and the stability of the pneumatic line. Because the shaft turns slowly the flour is not aerated and its density stays constant.
Separate body widths for flour and bran, motor ratings and dimensions are given in the model table. End bearings are lubricated from outside.
