The extraction scale continuously weighs the wheat, flour and bran streams and reports production and extraction rates to the control panel in real time.

The extraction scale is a batch weighing chamber connected in series with the flow. The chamber fills, is weighed and is emptied by a pneumatic gate, and every cycle is counted so that total throughput is calculated.
When the readings of scales installed on the wheat inlet and on the flour and bran outlets are evaluated together, the extraction rate of the mill can be followed through the shift. Deviations allow roll and sieve settings to be corrected in time.
Separate capacities for wheat, flour and bran, air pressure and dimensions are given in the model table. The load cells are positioned for easy access during calibration.
