Semolina Purifier
The semolina purifier combines sieving with a rising air current to grade semolina by size and purity and to remove bran particles.

The semolina purifier classifies the semolina coming from the break passages both on the sieve surface and in the air stream. Vibrating decks separate the product by size while an upward air current lifts the lighter branny particles of the same size off the deck.
Only clean, low-ash semolina therefore reaches the reduction rolls, which improves both extraction and flour colour. Air volume is set with separate dampers for each compartment.
Sieving area, air requirement and machine dimensions are given in the model table. Sieve frames withdraw from the side and can be removed completely for cleaning.
