Blower Air Lock
The blower air lock is a rotary valve that feeds product into a pressurised pneumatic line while sealing against air loss.

The blower air lock takes product from above in the pockets of its rotor and releases it into the pressure line. The close clearance between rotor and housing prevents the conveying air from escaping upwards.
The rotor vanes are sized for the pressure difference and the tip seals are replaceable. A correctly selected air lock is a direct determinant of blower efficiency and conveying stability.
Capacity, motor rating, shaft diameter and dimensions are given in the model table. The side cover comes off so the complete rotor can be withdrawn.
