Flour & Bran Screw Conveyor
The flour and bran screw conveyor is designed to collect fine, powdery flour and light bran from several sifter outlets and move them to packing.

Flour and bran are far lighter and more fluid than whole grain, and a standard screw tends to channel through them and lose efficiency. The flour and bran screw conveyor is built with a pitch and flight geometry sized for that behaviour.
The screw collects all the outlets under the plansifter into one line and delivers the product to a rotoflow feeder or to the bagging bin. Separate capacity ranges for wheat, flour and bran are given in the model table.
Its light construction suits the confined space under the sifter, and gasketed covers keep the line free of dust leaks.
