Inclined Intensive Dampener
The inclined intensive dampener gives longer retention and gentler mixing in an inclined housing, suited to second dampening and hard wheat.

The inclined intensive dampener works on the same principle as the horizontal machine, but the housing is inclined so the product stays inside longer. The extended contact time lets the water penetrate the bran gradually.
Lower rotor speed and gentler mixing prevent kernel breakage, which is why the machine is preferred for the second dampening stage and for hard wheat grists. Capacity, water consumption and motor power are given in the model table.
The long housing is fitted with several water inlets and inspection covers, and all internal parts are accessible for cleaning.
