Vertical Washer & Dryer
The vertical washer and dryer washes grain free of stones, mud and light impurities, then removes the surface water in a vertical spin dryer.

Where dry cleaning is not enough, for wheat that arrives with soil, the grain is passed through a water bath. Heavy stones sink in the washing trough and straw and empty kernels float off, while the clean grain is lifted out by a screw.
The vertical dryer then throws the surface water off the kernel with a high-speed rotor and leaves the product at the moisture required for the tempering bin. Washing and drying motors are specified separately, and water consumption and inlet size are given in the model table.
Stainless inner surfaces and an easily emptied sludge chamber make daily cleaning and hygiene straightforward.
