Intensive Dampener
The intensive dampener meters water onto the grain and mixes it vigorously so the bran toughens and the endosperm softens before grinding.

The intensive dampener spreads metered water evenly over the kernel surface in a very short time. A high-speed rotor inside the housing mixes grain and water vigorously so that the water penetrates the bran instead of remaining on the surface.
Retention time in the tempering bin is shortened, the bran becomes more elastic and the endosperm softens ready for grinding. Water consumption, inlet size and capacity are given in the model table.
Housing and rotor are made of wear-resistant material and the covers open fully for maintenance and cleaning.
