Trieur

The trieur uses an indented cylinder to lift short and round seeds, weed seeds and broken kernels out of the wheat.

Series: HKT

The trieur consists of a rotating cylinder whose inner surface is precision-pressed with pockets. The pockets lift kernels shorter than wheat, such as vetch, cockle and broken grain, into the inner trough, while the wheat travels along the cylinder to its own outlet.

Pocket size is selected for the product and the cylinder can be exchanged completely. The single and twin-cylinder HKT and HKT-D models are listed with their capacities and air requirement in the model table.

Low-speed drive gives high separation sharpness without damaging the kernel. The indented surface is made of wear-resistant steel and the angle of the collecting trough is adjustable.

How it works

Working principle

Cleaning removes everything that is not sound grain before the first break: stones, metal, dust, foreign seeds and hull residue.

1Grain enters the machine in a controlled, even layer.
2Two balanced vibration motors shake the inclined sieve decks; coarse waste travels to the low end while clean grain falls through.
3Impurities leave through a separate outlet so they never rejoin the product.
4The aspiration channel draws off dust and light particles for a clean, safe mill.
