Vibro Separator

The vibro separator passes incoming grain over a two-deck sieve surface. The upper sieve holds back straw, string, ears and coarse foreign matter, while the lower sieve drops sand, broken kernels and dust. An aspiration channel above the deck draws off the light hull and dust fraction.

The HK vibro separator is driven by two balanced vibration motors. Sieve frames pull out from the side and can be changed to suit the grain being cleaned. Pre-cleaning and cleaning capacities are given in the model table.

The enclosed housing and rubber-mounted suspension keep vibration out of the building and dust out of the plant.
