Blower Hammer Mill
The blower hammer mill combines hammer grinding with an integrated blower that conveys the product pneumatically, saving a separate fan and conveyor.

The blower hammer mill combines hammer grinding and pneumatic conveying in one body. The rotor carries both the grinding hammers and the blower vanes, so material passing the screen goes straight into a pressurised air stream and on to the next station.
This arrangement removes the need for a separate fan, rotary feeder and screw conveyor, and lowers both investment and running cost in small and medium feed and grain plants.
Conveying distance, hammer count, capacity and motor rating are given in the model table. Screens and hammers are changed through a hinged cover.
