The vibro feeder sits under a bin or hopper and passes product to the next machine at a constant rate. Vibration amplitude is set from the control unit, so the feed rate is adjusted steplessly.
Even feeding determines how efficiently sieve surfaces and roller mills work; surges spoil both separation sharpness and grinding quality, and the vibro feeder removes them.
Bunker volume, motor rating and dimensions are given in the model table. The tray is easy to clean and the machine has very few moving parts.
