Bucket Elevator

The bucket elevator lifts wheat, flour and bran vertically on a belt and bucket assembly, with capacities per product given in the model table.

Series: HKE

The bucket elevator is the basic machine for moving product between floors in a mill. Buckets on a belt running between the boot and head pulleys fill from the product in the boot and discharge at the head by centrifugal action.

Head and boot housings are fitted with inspection and cleaning doors, and belt tension is set by the take-up in the boot. Separate capacities for wheat, flour and bran, together with pulley diameter, belt and bucket sizes, are listed in the model table.

The casing is made of galvanised or painted steel sheet, and a backstop and a speed sensor can be added as options.
