Blending Machine
The blending machine combines wheat or flours from different bins in set proportions to build a uniform grist or recipe before packing.
The blending machine builds the recipe by setting the flow from each bin outlet separately. Section settings and rotor speed are adjusted together to fix the share of each component in the mixture.
The resulting mixture is combined continuously inside the rotating rotor, so the grist is prepared at line speed without batch weighing. The recipe can be changed without stopping the machine.
Body covers open for inspection and cleaning. The machine is used both for wheat grist blending and for flour blending.
