Semolina Mill
Plants that process durum wheat into high-purity semolina for pasta and semolina products.
In a semolina mill the goal is bright, clean semolina with as little flour as possible. Washing and drying in the cleaning section and precise water dosing in conditioning are therefore central. Grinding is built around gradual break rolls and semolina purifiers.
İkitek semolina plants are designed for 50 to 600 tonnes per day and can feed a pasta line directly. Plansifters, purifiers and bagging units are entirely HK-built.
