Wheat Flour Mill
Complete wheat flour mills from 50 to 1000 tonnes per day, from cleaning to bagging.
The wheat flour mill is the plant type İkitek builds most often. The line starts with intake and pre-cleaning, stone separation, trieur and scouring, then conditions the grain with intensive dampeners. In the grinding section, HK roller mills, square plansifters and semolina purifiers produce the required flour types and extraction.
The plant is completed with flour storage, blending and carousel bagging. Extraction scales and PLC automation monitor production in real time. Steel structure, silos and pneumatic conveying are designed and manufactured by İkitek; installation and commissioning are carried out by İkitek teams.
